1. The Service

auwo партиди (partidi.auwo.ai) is a web application for lot tracking: receiving raw materials, production, shipments, expiry dates and traceability reports. It is provided by Vaklin Stoynovski, Burgas, Bulgaria (auwo). Contact: audit@auwo.ai.

2. Your responsibility

You enter the data and are responsible for its accuracy. Reports are only as accurate as the records.
The Service is an aid. It does not replace your food safety system, your duties to the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) and other authorities, or your own judgment in a recall.
Keep your company code and workers’ PINs safe; deactivate workers who have left.

3. Plans

The free plan includes one site, up to 3 workers and up to 200 lots a month. The paid plan has not launched yet; a request for it carries no obligation. Before we introduce payment we will give notice and will not change your free terms retroactively.

4. Your data

The data is yours. You can export it at any time (Excel, CSV). How we process it is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, try to access other customers’ data, or deliberately overload the system. We may restrict an account in case of abuse.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it, and there may be maintenance interruptions. The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or fines arising from inaccurate records or unavailability. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time at audit@auwo.ai. We may end the Service with 30 days’ notice, leaving you able to export your data.

8. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian court.

We may update these terms; the current version is on this page.
